   I just wanted to take a moment to mark the passing of a true musical legend and old friend, Mike Young, drummer for Boston Rockabilly, who died during a heart procedure yesterday. Mike was a truly great musician and one of whom I call a “Keeper of the Flame” of the old school of Rock and Roll that I love so much. Mike had an encyclopedic knowledge of fifties and sixties rock beats and structures. Our crazy little bands get to be like families and we love our own. In the days when I played in BRMC he could be counted on to provide the drum details that added so much authenticity to the sound. God speed Mike.

   I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Mike. He was an awesome drummer. I hope you guys are still going to keep the band going.
